HOW IT ALL BEGAN

_

Project Global Citizen started in 2017 as a partnership between two Australian-based qualified intercultural practitioners, Craig Shim (Alphacrane Intercultural Specialists) and Astrid Hofmann (CTC, Cultural Transition Consulting).

With a background in coaching and training corporate and government clients, Astrid and Craig recognised the importance of equipping future leaders with the 21st-century cross-cultural skills needed to thrive in a global marketplace. Since 2017, they have collaborated to adapt the same intercultural frameworks used in their corporate work to create innovative programs for students, initially in Australia and now worldwide.
